We at Gerlinger Steel generally accept returns of unaltered stock material within 30 days of when you, the customer, took possession of them. Restocking fees will apply. Returns will not be accepted when…
- More than 30 days have passed since receipt of the material
- We cut or otherwise altered the material for you before delivery
- You cut or otherwise altered the material after delivery
- We needed to “special order” the material
Restocking Fee Waiver
The restocking fee may be waived if the above criteria are met and we are notified within 5 business days of any of the following…
- The physical material that arrived did not match the paperwork. This is 100% our fault and we will not charge a restocking fee if you notify us in a timely manner.
- Your submitted purchase order prior to order confirmation does not match our order confirmation. We consider this shared responsibility in instances where we provided an order confirmation.
- Another order of equal or greater value has already been placed and is expected to deliver to you soon.
Gerlinger Steel reserves the right to change or waive this policy at any time.
