Return Policy

We at Gerlinger Steel generally accept returns of unaltered stock material within 30 days of when you, the customer, took possession of them. Restocking fees will apply.

Conditions for Return

Material must be unaltered and in original condition
Return must be initiated within 30 days of customer possession
Material must not be a special order item
Material must not show damage caused after delivery or pickup

Process

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Gerlinger Steel staff. Credit will be issued upon approval of the returned material. Please contact us prior to returning any material.
